Thanksgiving recipes

These are recipes I'm using for Thanksgiving by Giada De Laurentis
Turkey with Herbes de Provence and Citrus and
Italian Greens and Herb Salad with green beans added
My Pumpkin Soup and
Spiced Apple Cider

Edit-Turkey tasted good and was not dry. I had trouble again with thinking it was done and it wasn't. I had to put it back in the oven and the dark meat was still a little pink when I carved it. I didn't like her gravy, it tasted like canned chicken broth and we had to doctor it up quite a bit. For the salad I ended up making a romaine salad with green beans, bacon, pomegranate seeds, blue cheese and a balsamic dressing. It was good.
